Reporting Forms Interim and final reports for all active PMP Project Grants are due in the PMP office at 5:00 p.m. on July 31st of each year. When this deadline falls on a weekend, it will be moved to the following Monday. Report deadlines for professional development grants are within 30 days of project completion. Hard copies of professional development reporting forms were mailed to you with your grant contract. New this year: For 2009 Project Grants (grant numbers beginning 2009-), interactive PDF versions of the reporting forms that can be saved remotely on your hard drive and edited later are available for download. The PDFs have a number of user-friendly features, including self-adding budget columns, superior formatting, and enhanced security. Requirements: Adobe Reader 8.0 or higher. Adobe Reader is available for download free of cost directly from www.adobe.com. To use the interactive PDF forms, save them to your hard drive first, then fill in the required fields using Adobe Reader. The forms can be saved and edited later. For 2008 and 2007 Project Grants: Interactive Microsoft Word documents that can be saved to your hard drive and filled out using recent versions of Microsoft Word are available for download.
