Dynamic Planning: Strategies for Institutional Transformation
Seminar with David Bury

Tuesday, May 16, 2006, 10:15am-2:00pm
Settlement Music School
Presser Auditorium
416 Queen Street, South Philadelphia

“Long-range planning is critical to sustained success. Only when staff, board, and key supporters share a deep understanding of your mission, vision, and values, and when goals and strategies are succinctly articulated, does your organization move ahead dynamically. Good planning eliminates common causes of disagreement, streamlines operations, and renews the sense of purpose and devotion among those closest to the organization. When properly done can revitalize your organization.

“These are the traditional benefits of planning. We take the process one step further by suggesting that planning can actually be more than revitalizing; it can be transformative. If properly structured, it can literally lead current and prospective patrons to new levels of commitment and enthusiasm. Our approach, called Dynamic Planning, is designed to engage key constituents with powerful new expressions of your mission, vision, and values while simultaneously providing them with opportunities for meaningful ongoing involvement.” David Bury & Associates
